Returns & Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return window, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn or unused, with all tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@fayvior.com.
If your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages & Defective Items (Important)

All products go through a strict quality inspection process before shipping.

  • Only items that arrive defective or damaged during transit are eligible for a refund or replacement.

  • Damage caused after delivery, including customer misuse, wear, or accidental damage, is not eligible for a refund.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@fayvior.com with clear photos and order details.
This 7-day period is considered a reasonable timeframe to report transit-related issues.

Once verified, the return and refund process will be opened within a 14-day window.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Personal care or beauty products

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you’re unsure about your item, feel free to contact us before placing a return request.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to:

  1. Return the original item (if eligible), and

  2. Place a new order once your return is approved.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original packaging with tags

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: Banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process the refund.
